A self-help book explaining how conscious and unconscious needs create self-sabotaging behaviors, and provides strategies to overcome them. I just recently started this and I’m looking forward to seeing what it highlights in my way of thinking and every day life.

Our Story

Tabs and Tales began with a simple observation: our community needed a bookstore.

After sharing the idea with friends and fellow book lovers, the response was overwhelmingly positive. Their encouragement inspired me to take a leap of faith and bring that vision to life.

What started as a fleeting thought has grown into an exciting new chapter, and I can’t wait to share it with readers, writers and wanderers alike.
